Location: Work from Home (no location preference, 08:00 AM–5:00 PM AEST / 6:00 AM-3:00 PM PH time)

Australian-owned commercial cleaning supplies distributor operating for over 15 years with fast-growing e-commerce across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Kogan.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain Shopify website: create landing pages, collections, campaigns, promotions; upload and optimize products/pricing; ensure site reliability.
• Handle marketplace operations on Amazon, eBay, Kogan: optimize listings with SEO, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, manage promotions and ads.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including keyword management.
• Conduct SEO optimization across Shopify and marketplaces; use analytics to identify improvements.
• Create basic marketing assets in Canva; support EDM/email marketing and light social media.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in e-commerce with strong hands-on Shopify experience (non-negotiable).
• Proven end-to-end management of e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Kogan.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tools.
• Detail-oriented, independent, reliable; comfortable with changing priorities and minimal supervision.
• Clear communication during working hours (AEST schedule).

Nice to have

• WordPress familiarity.
• B2B e-commerce or Shopify B2B experience.
• SEMrush or similar SEO tools.
• Email marketing tools experience.
