TL;DR

Professional Development Manager (L&D): Implementing training and coaching activities for members to drive business growth and customer service excellence with an accent on the Patients for Life (PFL) program. Focus on delivering virtual and on-site training, creating professional development plans, and coaching hearing care providers on sales and communication.

Location: Hybrid. Must reside in the greater Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area

Salary: $85,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Conduct and coordinate virtual, on-site, and off-site training sessions for members.
• Implement the Patients for Life (PFL) program to improve customer service and business growth.
• Perform call reviews and side-by-side coaching to optimize the patient experience.
• Deliver training via e-learning, webinars, live events, and one-on-one coaching.
• Create and monitor professional development plans based on training needs assessments.
• Collaborate with SBU teammates, leadership, and shared services to support business results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in training, organizational development, or coaching in a customer-focused setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Thorough understanding of adult learning methodologies and training best practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Must reside in the greater Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area.
