TL;DR
Partner Success Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue through regional partners by managing relationships and educating them on smart home and business security solutions with an accent on partner enablement and sales activity. Focus on coordinating with field sales, identifying target dealers, and managing outbound communications to ensure product success.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Tysons, Virginia, working onsite 4 days a week)

What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with regional partners to drive revenue growth.
- Educate partners on product offerings and new release features to influence sales activity.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Operations to identify and target key dealers.
- Attend industry association meetings and trade shows to represent the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Product Management, Marketing, and Dealer Support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales role (preferred).
- Experience making consistent outbound calls to existing and new partners.
- Proficiency with sales automation tools, specifically Salesforce.com.
- Work authorization: Sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Location: Must be based in Tysons, Virginia (onsite 4 days a week).
