What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair hirify.global equipment and communication devices at retailer locations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, performing component swaps and adjustments to restore operation.
• Drive company vehicles to customer locations within specified zones to deliver supplies and provide service.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts while accurately tracking inventory.
• Provide basic and remedial training to retailers on correct equipment procedures.
• Coordinate with Dispatchers to report activity, arrival/departure times, and resolution of failures.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service roles.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and climb ladders to rooftops.
• Ability to perceive colors correctly.
• Must pass security clearance, background check, and drug testing.
