What you will do

• Monitor and repair communications networks, equipment, and software, including digital/analog circuits and DMARCs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service providers to manage circuit repair tickets and provide onsite equipment access.
• Install communications hardware at the board level and maintain detailed service activity and inventory logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues within Unified Communications environments and call center technologies.
• Utilize specialized tools such as multimeters, tone generators, TDR, and DS1/DS3 equipment to isolate faults.
• Manage incident and service request tickets within an ITSM tool like ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience troubleshooting voice gateways, carrier circuits, and enterprise voice infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of digital/analog circuitry and data transmission techniques.
• Proficiency with hand tools and ability to interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) or similar enterprise voice platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
