What you will do

• Transport, install, and maintain lottery equipment, parts, tools, and supplies in an organized manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment in the field, including swaps, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
• Drive company vehicle (including occasional 20ft box truck), following safety and maintenance policies.
• Deliver marketing supplies, consumables, and track inventory.
• Provide basic training to retailers on procedures like paper/ribbon changes.
• Communicate with dispatch on activities, issues, and resolutions; complete activity reports.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• 2-3 years customer service experience
• 2-3 years technical repair experience
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, color perception
• Physical ability: lift 50lbs, assist with 800lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, drive long periods, handle tools/electrical
• Sunday-Thursday schedule starting at 9am; reside near Latham, NY
