What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain physical security technologies including access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and intercoms.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve maintenance tickets for security hardware and server infrastructure.
• Manage daily system monitoring, user access administration, software upgrades, and change control processes.
• Schedule and oversee vendor site visits and validate completed work.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and provide after-hours support as required.
• Maintain documentation and provide audit support to ensure corporate security policy compliance.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in live production environments.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tickets, and projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Reno, NV.
