What you will do
- Define and evolve the enterprise data strategy aligned with business objectives and digital initiatives.
- Own the definition and governance of the Enterprise Canonical Data Model (CDM) and Global Data Dictionary.
- Architect and govern Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to create a single source of truth.
- Establish standardized integration patterns including API-first, event-driven, and data streaming architectures.
- Enforce enterprise data standards, policies, and governance frameworks to improve data quality and lineage.
- Serve as a key member of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to govern adherence to data standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, architecture, or related IT disciplines.
- 5+ years of leadership experience across multiple teams or functions.
- Deep expertise in distributed data systems across hybrid (legacy + cloud-native) environments.
- Experience with AWS and Snowflake.
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
