What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions, including canonical data models and Golden Records through identity resolution and survivorship rules.
• Configure and optimize enterprise MDM platforms such as Ataccama ONE, Reltio, or similar technologies.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and data services to expose mastered data to operational and analytics platforms.
• Build and maintain cloud-native data pipelines using AWS Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3, Athena, and Step Functions.
• Implement transformation logic using dbt and Infrastructure as Code via Terraform or Pulumi.
• Collaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PII regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions.
• Proficiency with AWS data services and dbt (transformation, testing, and deployment).
• Advanced SQL expertise and strong data modeling skills (dimensional modeling, star schemas).
• Experience working in regulated healthcare environments with HIPAA compliance.
