What you will do
- Execute daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and sequencing tools to generate initial conversations.
- Qualify early-stage interest and convert conversations into scheduled meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain consistent top-of-funnel coverage across assigned prospect segments.
- Follow defined prospecting cadences and sequencing standards with high attention to detail.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to team success.
- Manage and track prospect interactions and progress within Salesforce or HubSpot.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline creation.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and Outreach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with prospective clients.
