What you will do

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and sequencing tools to generate initial conversations.
  • Qualify early-stage interest and convert conversations into scheduled meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain consistent top-of-funnel coverage across assigned prospect segments.
  • Follow defined prospecting cadences and sequencing standards with high attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to team success.
  • Manage and track prospect interactions and progress within Salesforce or HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline creation.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with prospective clients.
