What you will do
- Partner with Global Technology and Professional Services teams to drive actionable insights on monthly, quarterly, and annual budget results.
- Track, monitor, and report on key KPIs within the Technology and Professional Services organizations.
- Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate alignment of headcount and cost centers for the supported organizations.
- Support the creation of data and content for financial presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Drive continuous improvements to streamline financial reporting and quarterly processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of FP&A business partnering experience, ideally within software or technology industries.
- Preferable experience supporting Research & Development, Professional Services, or Technology organizations.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with financial systems including Salesforce, SAP, and NetSuite.
- Ability to work in a global environment with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
