What you will do

• Lead global dynamic forecasting and the annual budgeting process in collaboration with company leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into strategic decisions and operational impact.
• Own the end-to-end sales commission process, including design, documentation, and payout calculation.
• Lead annual employee bonus planning and administration in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
• Provide strategic financial support and executive reporting for board presentations and peer group analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and compensation plan administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (Eastern Time).
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or Planful AI.
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting.
