Salary: $129,000–$164,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and lead internal communications initiatives to ensure team alignment during rapid growth.
• Manage an internal communications editorial calendar covering business strategy, culture, and people priorities.
• Design and implement communication strategies across Slack, email, company meetings, and Confluence.
• Collaborate with and challenge senior leaders to refine the narratives and messages they deliver.
• Identify and share inspiring stories from across the business to engage and motivate employees.
• Experiment with and track new channels, content, and media to improve internal engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of communications experience, preferably leading internal comms for remote or hybrid companies.
• Ability to translate business goals into a compelling communication strategy.
• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills for emails, presentations, and speeches.
• Confidence to guide and challenge senior leadership on their messaging.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
