Salary: $112,000 – $137,575

What you will do

• Own and drive the internal communications strategy for key business functions including Finance, Technology, Strategy, and Marketing.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate complex business initiatives into clear, compelling messaging.
• Establish organization-wide standards for voice, tone, and narrative.
• Oversee the company-wide newsletter and manage the editorial planning cadence.
• Analyze internal communication metrics, including engagement and sentiment, to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Employer Brand to align internal and external messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with an execution-oriented mindset.
