What you will do

• Lead the corporate communications function and manage agency partners for scalable execution across the organization.
• Own and evolve the corporate narrative to drive category leadership and shift market perception of insurance infrastructure.
• Build and execute a communications strategy to earn credibility with enterprise buyers, press, and industry influencers.
• Lead media relations to drive earned coverage and ensure the company is part of key industry conversations.
• Manage analyst relations with firms like Gartner and Forrester to ensure accurate market positioning.
• Develop a thought leadership program that elevates executives as distinctive voices in the insurtech space.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate communications within B2B, enterprise technology, fintech, or insurtech.
• Expertise in media relations with a track record of driving earned coverage and building journalist relationships.
• Experience partnering with executives to build impactful communication platforms and thought leadership.
• Must be based in the United States (Employment eligibility confirmed via E-Verify).
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and build programs from the ground up.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance research and content development speed.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, or similar).
• A professional background encompassing both agency and in-house experience.
