What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmaps for customizable workflow products, aligning goals with strategic business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams using agile ceremonies.
• Prioritize features using frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW based on business goals and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive differentiation and synthesize findings into actionable product insights.
• Create detailed PRDs, including user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide development and QA.
• Develop content and thought leadership to assist government affairs professionals in improving their workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, design, engineering, data analysis, or as a technical subject matter expert.
• Hands-on experience with product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and align product goals with business outcomes.
• Experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
• Proficiency in creating and presenting prototypes or demos to communicate product direction.
• Must be based in or able to work from Arlington, US
