What you will do

• Support program tactical assignments to ensure defined milestones, scope, and delivery requirements are met.
• Translate user needs and business goals into well-defined user stories, process flows, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with product leadership to develop the product roadmap and associated artifacts.
• Gather product requirements from stakeholders and align them with overarching business goals.
• Collect quantitative product data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience (or equivalent professional experience).
• Must be authorized to work in the US to support government (VA) business units.
• Experience with agile methods and iterative delivery of products and features.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional team environment.
