TL;DR

Programmatic Account Manager (AdTech): Managing post-sales client relationships and driving user adoption of the AI-powered programmatic platform with an accent on campaign optimization and client retention. Focus on designing unique campaign strategies, maximizing ROI through RTB/DSP expertise, and identifying account expansion opportunities.

Location: Remote (US). Prioritizing candidates located in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico or candidates located in Pacific or Mountain Time.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across various verticals.
  • Design and implement unique campaign strategies within the hirify.global platform.
  • Ensure campaign success by providing regular reporting, strategic solutions, and KPI-based optimizations.
  • Handle technical setup and trafficking on the DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and develop tools or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising (DSP, Ad Network).
  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or self-serve DSPs.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships, retaining accounts, and growing revenue.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts and platform knowledge.
  • Must be based in the United States, with a strong preference for Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, or Pacific/Mountain Time zones.
