What you will do
- Own and exceed quarterly revenue quotas by targeting retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and ROI narrative to negotiation and contracting.
- Build a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, events, and creative networking.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure feasibility and craft commercial terms.
- Develop senior-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
- Master technical aspects of ad servers and auction logic to customize product demos.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in STEM fields such as Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Data.
- Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (LATAM).
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Quick learner with curiosity for marketplace monetization and auction logic.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with retail media or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
