What you will do

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients to ensure successful software integration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, handling inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct training sessions to improve the knowledge and skills of campaign managers and traders.
• Lead impact review sessions to prove the ROI of Scibids technology.
• Collaborate with sales leads to develop existing client business and win new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the wider technical team to resolve client issues.

Requirements

• Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success within the programmatic space.
• Hands-on experience with DV360 or The Trade Desk.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Advanced mathematics studies or a degree in mathematics.
