What you will do

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for global money movement infrastructure, including strategy, roadmap, partner evaluation, design, and execution.
• Define payments infrastructure strategy across collections, payouts, FX, wallets, and settlements at global scale.
• Build and manage partnerships with financial institutions, payment networks, and ecosystem providers.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers on payments, settlements, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, commercial, and financial partners to deliver scalable, compliant systems.
• Leverage AI/ML for optimizing routing, costs, fraud detection, and efficiency; translate insights into strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management or Engineering in platform, infrastructure, or fintech domains.
• 3+ years people management leading cross-functional or product teams.
• Track record building and scaling global products from ideation to delivery.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, money movement, ledgers, orchestration, or settlements.
• Experience with card networks, payment rails, or global financial infrastructure preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decisions, balancing vision and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations in fintech.
