What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the core platform, including document intelligence infrastructure and AI/ML model orchestration.
• Drive the adoption of agentic AI capabilities and automate workflows to enhance product intelligence.
• Manage the internal and external API platform, focusing on developer experience, reliability, and integration standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to improve document extraction, classification, and data accuracy pipelines.
• Partner with leadership on system architecture decisions, capacity planning, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
• Lead and mentor a team of platform product managers to ensure execution excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 8–14 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical background in computer science or engineering with deep knowledge of API design and ML concepts.
• Proven track record of building and scaling AI/ML-driven products in production environments.
• Fluency in modern AI trends, including LLMs, foundation models, and agentic architectures.
• Experience in fast-growing companies and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Background in fintech, lending, document processing, or data infrastructure.
