What you will do

  • Own high-level revenue growth goals through strategic expansion and increased adoption of platform capabilities and AI-driven services.
  • Cultivate deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior executives and C-level decision-makers to build advocacy for Smartly.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial strategy, including revenue forecasting, target setting, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Orchestrate internal product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders around key customer initiatives.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to co-author strategic account plans and align with external ad agencies and partners.
  • Synthesize customer needs and market trends to influence product roadmaps and business strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in SaaS, ad-tech, or mar-tech with proven success managing elite strategic accounts.
  • Documented history of meeting and exceeding significant revenue quotas consistently.
  • Strong leadership to run key account teams and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
  • High product curiosity and ability to master AI-powered platform suite for selling to C-suite and end-users.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, etc.) as advantage.
