Salary: $290,000 - $350,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the US West book of business.
• Manage, coach, and provide thought-leadership to a team of individual contributors.
• Own senior-level contacts and drive forward enterprise-level partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and services organizations.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and develop quarterly regional forecasts.
• Execute new product GTM strategies and provide voice-of-customer feedback to the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (West region).
• Minimum 8 years of ad tech or media sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of managing high-performing teams and exceeding revenue goals.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and the SSP ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, or Marketing.

• Strong knowledge of 1p data, CTV, and ecommerce.
