What you will do

• Lead design, development, and implementation of contact center telephony projects across multi-vendor infrastructure.
• Evaluate technologies and propose improvements for scripting efficiency and system integration.
• Maintain expert knowledge of telecom and data systems, anticipating impacts from changes.
• Provide advanced support for patching, upgrades, and 24/7 on-call for critical issues.
• Analyze environments and recommend optimizations, especially for on-premise to cloud migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field
• Expertise in NICE CXOne for managing infrastructures and designing call flow scripts
• Deep experience with PBX, gateways, ACD, voicemail, call recording systems
• Solid knowledge of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, SBCs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Citrix
• Expert understanding of VoIP and SIP call routing
• 5+ years in complex multi-location telecom environments
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving under pressure
