What you will do

• Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with company goals and revenue enablement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on leadership development and organizational readiness.
• Design and deliver leadership and manager development experiences tailored to business needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to evolve a scalable onboarding experience for new hires.
• Enable change management initiatives tied to system implementations and process transformations.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure the business impact and adoption of learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership and enterprise learning programs.
• Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning strategy to organizational goals.

Nice to have

• Certification(s) in leadership development, coaching, or organizational change (e.g., Prosci, SHRM, ICF).
• Familiarity with HRIS, learning platforms, engagement tools, or performance management systems.
• Experience designing learning interventions that drive measurable business outcomes.
