What you will do

• Partner with leadership on annual and quarterly planning, OKR setting, and execution tracking.
• Design and optimize scalable processes across delivery, sales, recruiting, and back-office functions to reduce friction.
• Own the internal tooling stack, including CRM, time tracking, and business intelligence tools.
• Define key KPIs and build dashboards to transform raw operational data into actionable narratives.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs such as launching new service offerings or operating models.
• Oversee internal governance and compliance programs, ensuring certifications like SOC 2 and ISO are audit-ready.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in business operations or management consulting, specifically within tech or professional services.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in spreadsheets and proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and work management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing internal governance and compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Nice to have

• SQL skills.
• Experience in a high-growth startup scaling from 50 to 200+ employees.
• Exposure to cloud-native environments (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable program management certifications.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
