What you will do

• Coordinate resourcing for CGI and retouching teams to ensure the right talent is assigned to the right projects.
• Monitor daily work in progress to optimize resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage studio resource bookings and deadlines in collaboration with discipline leads.
• Forecast, source, and onboard freelance resources to handle fluctuating demand and manage vendor relations.
• Collaborate with the Global Resource Manager to proactively identify and mitigate production risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a CGI or VFX-led studio environment.
• Strong understanding of CGI/VFX pipelines, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Redshift, or Houdini.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and cloud-based resource management tools like Flow, Crew Planning, or Workfront.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
