What you will do

• Lead Salesforce platform improvements through requirements elicitation, configuration, and administration to ensure scalability.
• Manage the integration ecosystem including NICE CXOne, Qualtrics, Gong, Chili Piper, and other GTM tools.
• Design and maintain best-in-class experiences using Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds.
• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead-to-cash capabilities across the revenue lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new systems and reduce process inefficiencies.
• Drive platform adoption by communicating changes to end users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Revenue organizations.
• 4+ years of strategic Salesforce ownership, including architecture and governance.
• Deep knowledge of GTM tools such as Salesforce, NICE CXOne, Chili Piper, RingLead, or CPQ.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Claude, Copilot) to accelerate development and requirements writing.
• Strong analytical skills to deliver scalable solutions that reduce operational friction.
