Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City (office attendance required approximately 2-3 days per week).

Salary: $127,000 - $191,000 per year (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of senior HR consultants to exceed performance and productivity metrics.
  • Scale operations through process optimization, AI integration, and technology enablement.
  • Partner with product teams to develop AI-native HR services that augment human expertise.
  • Navigate ambiguity to build scalable systems and the operational playbook from the ground up.
  • Champion change management and collaborate with peer leaders on hiring and innovation strategies.
  • Shape organizational strategy to expand service offerings in fractional HR.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR or professional services experience.
  • Proven experience in people leadership, mentoring, or scaling teams.
  • Experience operating in client-facing environments (consulting or service delivery).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality work under ambiguity.
  • Fluency in AI/ML applications and a vision for transforming professional services via technology.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Denver, San Francisco, or New York City.
