TL;DR

Senior Employee Relations Partner (Edtech): Managing complex workplace investigations and designing enterprise-wide ER programs with an accent on fairness, risk mitigation, and organizational consistency. Focus on coaching leadership, interpreting employment laws, and using data analytics to proactively reduce organizational risk.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Westlake/Dallas, TX); on-site work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $99,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and lead enterprise-wide employee relations projects and metrics to improve employee experience.
  • Manage complex workplace investigations including harassment and discrimination cases, recommending fair resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver ER training and enablement sessions for managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • Act as the primary expert for HRBPs and Legal on HR policy interpretation and employment law trends.
  • Analyze ER data to identify risk indicators and implement proactive organizational solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive employee relations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Westlake/Dallas, TX Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Workday and case management software.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
