What you will do

• Serve as primary onsite point of contact, coordinating communication with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
• Track hours, review BOMs, manage materials, and communicate needs to project managers.
• Guide installation superintendents, support schedules, and resolve issues on complex, long-duration projects.
• Maintain documentation including weekly milestones, work completed, issues, redlines, and RFIs.
• Mentor technicians, ensure DIV28 quality standards, and foster knowledge-sharing environment.
• Coordinate safety efforts, toolbox talks, and task prioritization across multiple sites.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates/Bachelor’s preferred; Lenel Certification preferred
• 3+ years related experience with administrative project support
• Knowledge of project tools (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam), drawings, matrices, BOMs, SRDs
• Hands-on with access control/CCTV systems (Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, etc.), panel wiring, network interfaces
• Ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, work in construction environments with PPE
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, active passport or ability to obtain; meet security clearances (e.g., DCJS, TS)
