Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD + up to 15% bonus

What you will do

• Manage tax compliance and ensure timely filing of tax returns in the USA and Canada.
• Prepare internal tax reporting and ensure proper application of transfer pricing policies.
• Administer manufacturing tax credit mechanisms applicable to North American operations.
• Provide tax perspective and support for new projects in Sales, Construction, and Legal.
• Drive and manage open tax audits and maintain relationships with external tax consultants.
• Serve as the primary North American contact person for the Corporate Tax organization.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal, or Engineering (MBA strongly preferred).
• 10 years of business experience, ideally combining tax advisory and in-house roles in international organizations.
• Expert knowledge of US and Canadian tax regulations and cross-border operations.
• Fluent English proficiency for effective communication and safety coordination.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and proper use of safety equipment (PPE).
