What you will do

• Serve as the primary regional security contact for retail locations across North America and Canada.
• Act as the main escalation point for emergent security issues, including after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Conduct annual in-person audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop corrective action plans.
• Plan and deliver security training and in-person coaching on loss prevention procedures.
• Manage retail security data and facilitate communication between stores and the Global Security team.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, and Facilities to implement security policies and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ and travel alone frequently.
• Ability to flex schedule based on 24/7 global business demands.
• Advanced knowledge of physical security programs and retail operations.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multi-site or multi-phase projects.
