What you will do
- Coordinate with Service Headquarters to provide Force Protection input for policy development and service-level planning.
- Develop and manage Force Protection requirements within USPACOM OPLANS/CONPLANS to secure DoD personnel and resources.
- Implement USMC service-wide Force Protection policies, programs, and procedures.
- Evaluate and manage SOPs for Detainee Operations, Identity Operations, and Joint Security Operations.
- Manage security programs, including performing site surveys and compliance monitoring.
- Produce trend analyses, after-action reports, and staff coordination materials for leadership.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in Force Protection, Mission Assurance, or physical security
- Demonstrated understanding of national-level security processes (DCI, TCA, CAP, and SCI standards)
- Experience with clearance processing and document control procedures
Nice to have
- Background in Emergency Management related to Force Protection
- Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification
- Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs)
- Familiarity with security systems such as NIST, NISS, and DISS
- Experience with Mission Assurance Risk Management Systems (MARMS)
