What you will do

• Review customer contracts and order forms to determine revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Apply accounting guidance to complex SaaS arrangements, including subscription and usage-based multi-element contracts.
• Execute monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, including deferred revenue reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance Operations to resolve billing and contract terminology issues.
• Prepare schedules and documentation to support internal and external audits.
• Mentor junior accountants and contribute to the improvement of revenue systems and UAT testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• English: Minimum B2 level required.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, specifically focused on software and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Location: Candidate must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue systems such as Workday Financials, NetSuite ARM, or Zuora Revenue.
