What you will do

• Own and scale paid acquisition engine across SEM, paid social, and digital channels
• Hire, mentor, and manage paid media team
• Define and execute paid marketing roadmap with goals, KPIs, and testing
• Identify new channels and tactics for scalable growth
• Collaborate with product, analytics, brand, and creative teams to optimize performance
• Build infrastructure to measure effectiveness and maximize ROI
• Advise senior leadership on paid growth strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years in performance/growth marketing, 3+ years leadership at high-growth tech companies
• Deep expertise in paid digital (SEM, social), SEO, conversion rate optimization
• Data-driven with ability to build dashboards and drive insights
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, hands-on strategic/tactical leader
• Experience building and coaching growth teams
• Strong cross-functional communicator
