What you will do

• Act as the technical lead for prospects and customers to drive revenue and technical strategic direction.
• Lead value and solution discovery workshops to identify and solve customer business challenges.
• Create compelling technical proofs through demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to align solution value with customer initiatives.
• Execute proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot engagements to showcase the platform's value proposition.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and executive teams to remove technical objections.
• Provide product feedback based on customer needs and stay current on competitive market differentiation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep expertise in monitoring and observability, including AWS, GCP, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, and AIOps.
• Development experience in at least one language: Java, .NET, Ruby, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, or React.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, Infrastructure as Code, and serverless computing.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-Level executives.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with open-source technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Opencensus, or ELK.
• Industry experience with Digital Natives, ECommerce, Healthcare, Media, Telco, Financial Services, or Gaming.
