What you will do

• Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack, including platforms like Gong, Clari, and ZoomInfo.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins to improve CRM data workflows, hygiene, and object modeling.
• Architect and maintain automated lead routing and enrichment processes using Ringlead.
• Oversee vendor relationships, handle renewals, and troubleshoot technical tool issues.
• Evaluate the GTM tech stack to recommend consolidations or strategic additions.
• Educate the GTM team on new tool features and optimized workflows.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar RevOps or Technical System Analyst role.
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration, preferably with Salesforce (flows, objects, reporting).
• 2+ years of experience building API-based cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Expertise in data deduplication, normalization, and governance strategies.
