TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL (Oldsmar). Must be based in the US; not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Achieve sales and profitability objectives for small and mid-market prospects in the LATAM region.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing revenue.
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and technical demos for business and technical audiences.
- Perform territory planning and develop strategic relationships with prospects.
- Forecast opportunities and track pipeline progress using Salesforce to meet monthly quotas.
Requirements
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required (Portuguese is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS software.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

- Experience selling IT Operations software or similar technical solutions.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
