TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving sales and profitability for small and mid-market accounts in the LATAM region with an accent on lead closing and pipeline management. Focus on running full sales cycles, conducting technical demos, and exceeding revenue quotas.

Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL (Oldsmar). Must be based in the US; not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Achieve sales and profitability objectives for small and mid-market prospects in the LATAM region.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing revenue.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and technical demos for business and technical audiences.
  • Perform territory planning and develop strategic relationships with prospects.
  • Forecast opportunities and track pipeline progress using Salesforce to meet monthly quotas.

Requirements

  • Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required (Portuguese is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS software.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling IT Operations software or similar technical solutions.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
