What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Spark platform, communicating it to the team, customers, and investors.
• Act as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution based on business needs.
• Build and scale a high-performing Product and Design organization, defining new roles in partnership with Engineering.
• Develop deep market expertise by engaging directly with brokers, agency partners, and carrier partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive broker adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Establish the operating cadence and cultural values of the Product organization.

Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience at a Series A to C vertical or marketplace company with complex multi-sided dynamics.
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Proven ability to lead in the AI era, treating AI risks like hallucination and data quality as product tradeoffs.
• Track record of building high-performing product teams and operating in resource-constrained, high-growth environments.
• Strong partnership skills with technical leaders to balance speed, quality, and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing executives and investors.
