What you will do

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global HCM Integrations of Assess and Select.
• Research customer needs, validate ideas, prioritize features, and write user stories.
• Test prototypes, launch products, and measure outcomes.
• Partner with commercial teams, solution consultants, vendors, product managers, data science, engineers, and architects.
• Champion the product and voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in product management for SaaS applications, preferably in HR tech or HCM integrations.
• Strong skills in customer research, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work with developers, designers, stakeholders, and commercial teams.
• Eligibility for US employment; background checks required including criminal, education, and employment history.
