What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for property portfolio, working directly with clients, partners, and investors.
• Supervise administrative, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors; build and motivate teams for superior performance.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, capital improvements, CAM reconciliations, and monthly ownership reports.
• Lead resolution of day-to-day property issues, maintain tenant and vendor relations, and oversee tenant improvements/renovations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, client policies, and Stream best practices; coordinate tax reviews and audits.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, approve expenses/PTO, and lead training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years commercial property management experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPM or RPA designation (or in progress) preferred
• Significant supervisory responsibility and experience with annual budgets, ownership reports, CAM reconciliations
• Proficiency with real estate software (Yardi, MRI, or similar) and Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams
