What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for property portfolio, working directly with clients, partners, and investors.
- Supervise administrative, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors; build and motivate teams for superior performance.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, capital improvements, CAM reconciliations, and monthly ownership reports.
- Lead resolution of day-to-day property issues, maintain tenant and vendor relations, and oversee tenant improvements/renovations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, client policies, and Stream best practices; coordinate tax reviews and audits.
- Conduct employee performance reviews, approve expenses/PTO, and lead training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years commercial property management experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPM or RPA designation (or in progress) preferred
- Significant supervisory responsibility and experience with annual budgets, ownership reports, CAM reconciliations
- Proficiency with real estate software (Yardi, MRI, or similar) and Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams
