What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT issues to maintain and optimize system functionality.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training to inpatient and outpatient providers.
• Coordinate project planning, including defining scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Implement and test system updates for clinical workflows to ensure reliability.
• Develop training curricula and materials aligned with organizational workflows.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and align technical solutions with objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR two years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to travel to other WVUHS facilities and affiliated sites across West Virginia.
• Proficiency in systems administration and providing strategic insights for business operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Experience with Cloud-based healthcare applications and web services.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical, imaging, or web application systems with a focus on efficiency.
