HR Business Partner

The role
This is a strategic + hands-on HRBP position supporting Live Casino Operations and other business units. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape people strategy, drive performance, and build strong organizational capability across multiple locations.
What you’ll do
— Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
— Translate business needs into actionable people initiatives
— Drive engagement, retention, and culture programs
— Coach managers on leadership, performance, and team development
— Lead employee relations processes and ensure policy consistency
— Support workforce planning, hiring decisions, and onboarding
— Build and deliver L&D initiatives based on business needs
— Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, TA, L&D, and Operations teams
Requirements
— Strong HRBP experience in complex, international environments
— Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
— Experience implementing people strategies tied to business KPIs
— Strong analytical and decision-making skills
— Fluent English (Serbian is a strong plus)
— Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
