TL;DR

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site), requires 5-day on-site presence

What you will do

  • Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms as the first point of contact for clinicians and clinic owners.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess clinic needs, pain points, and software gaps to qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule demos and provide research for deal closure.
  • Manage lead pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.io to track progress.
  • Act as brand ambassador, tailoring messages for adult and pediatric therapy domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/work experience.
  • 0–2 years in sales, customer service, hospitality, or lead-gen roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex ideas and build rapport.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite; CRM like Salesforce or sales tools like Outreach a plus.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare or therapy industries (PT/OT/SLP).

Nice to have

  • Previous exposure to Salesforce or Outreach.
