What you will do

• Shape the employer brand for Europe’s leading payments platform by fusing product, engineering, global brand, and talent marketing.
• Design and execute nurturing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and optimize them end-to-end using data and insights.
• Build employee advocacy programs and internal referral engines to drive engagement and results.
• Lead hiring events and grow talent communities and partnerships for scalable talent attraction.
• Constantly innovate, test trends, and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, marketing, or communications with strong drive.
• Ability to write engaging copy and design campaigns that drive clicks and engagement.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+).
• Thrives in fast-moving settings, managing priorities and cross-team collaboration.
• Curious about culture, marketing trends, and communities; quick to test and adapt ideas.
