What you will do

• Source talent through LinkedIn direct outreach and networking.
• Identify passive and active candidates using complex internet searches, research, and name generation.
• Perform database mining and functional web searches across various job boards.
• Research and target new talent sourcing channels to uncover hidden talent.
• Act as a company ambassador to increase brand awareness and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain sourced talent and recruitment data within the SmartRecruiters ATS.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the Recruiting or Sourcing field.
• Familiarity with main development languages, libraries, and frameworks.
• Fluency in English for efficient communication with international candidates.
• A professional and distinct LinkedIn profile.
