What you will do

• Lead the full-cycle hiring process for global roles, specifically focusing on critical enterprise software and technical engineering positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers, operations leads, and senior leadership to align recruitment needs with business objectives.
• Create a positive and seamless recruitment journey and interview process for all candidates.
• Implement inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce, particularly within contact center domains.
• Optimize hiring workflows and utilize recruitment analytics to enhance strategies and forecast talent needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.
• Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor intelligence.
• Experience hiring for contact center technologies such as Genesys, Avaya, NICE, and Five9.
• Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with candidates and high-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies.
