What you will do

• Lead the global Technical (IT) Recruitment direction, overseeing strategy, delivery quality, and performance across all regions.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Sales, and Executive Leadership, to align hiring priorities.
• Coach and develop a global team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers to drive performance and growth.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve technical recruitment processes and governance for scalability.
• Drive technical workforce planning and capacity management to meet business demand and client commitments.
• Provide leadership and escalation support for complex or high-risk technical hiring situations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading IT recruitment in international, fast-paced, or service-based environments.
• Proven ability to confidently manage expectations and partner with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles.
• Experience building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operating models.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics and performance management.
• English: C1 level or higher.
